MUA Makeup Academy Palettes

MUA palettes are  very popular because for a £ 4.00 price  we get 12 eyeshadows. Are they worth spending these £ 4.00? How is it with their quality? 



Let's take a look closer. I have 3 palettes Poptastic, Dust til Dawn and Spring break. Each of them separately  discuss in categories : pigmentation, application, lasting and usefulness. 

Poptastic 

Contains 12 eyeshadows in very crazy, holiday, perfect for parties colors. Only one shadow is matt the rest are pearls. 

Pigmentation 
Nothing special, some are really cool but the rest is poor

Application 
They blend ok but the single colors are 
disappearing on the eyes




Lasting 
After 4 h they begin to disappear and roll

Usefulness 
These are not daily colors, we can use it only occasionally 

Dust til Dawn 

All are pearl. Very nice is black eyeshadow and nude. 

Pigmentation 

Nothing special, Gray shades disappear during application

Application 
It's easy to work with them

Lasting 
Most of them after 6 hours begin to roll in the breaking, the rest much faster

Usefulness

Most colors can be used for everyday makeup so it's very useful 

Spring Break

Only one shadow is matt the rest are pearls. The palette has very nice shades of browns that can do a pretty daily makeup. Definitely my favorite !

Pigmentation 

Only two shades are poorly pigmented the rest is really good

Application 

It's easy to work with them

Lasting 
After 6 hours they begin to roll in the breaking

Usefulness 
Pallet for everyday use, nice natural colors
