Clio Kill Black Eyeliner
Clio is an Asian brand that you can find on ebay. I was looking for some simple to use, with a thin pen eyeliner which will last all day on the eye.
I am a huge fan of Asian bb creams and skin care cosmetics so I decided to give him a chance. This eyeliner is really very easy to use even for people who always had trouble with making the perfect line.
It is very well pigmented, lasting all day, doesn't create patches or clearances. Costs around £7 so it's not bad. The only thing I don't like is that has a shining finish instead of a matte.
I've have it for over half a year and it not dried out like many others so it's efficient.
Definitely if he had a matte finish it would be my number one.
If you are looking for an easy-to-use eyeliner and do not mind that it shines, I recommend it with all my heart.
