Lipsticks Elizabeth Arden's Review
Lipsticks Elizabeth Arden's is already one of the last cosmetics included in the World of colour set, which I didn't mention on the blog. If you are interested about my opinion on them, I invite you to read.
The set included four lipsticks in shades of: nude, rose, red and darker rose. I liked the colors very much, there is no one among them that I couldn't use which happens very often in the sets. Lipsticks during the application have a satin finish but over time transform on to semi matt. This is certainly not a dry matt but more like rubber if you know what I mean.
They stays on their lips for a few hours if we don't eat anything greasy. Keep lips moisturized all day with a single swipe of long-lasting, high pigment color that’s comfortable to wear and sumptuously soft.
However, they have a huge disadvantage for me, namely after a few hours in the inner part of the mouth they create an unpleasant line, as if from a sediment, which you have to monitor them carefully during the day. You can remove this by taking away the excess and re-application, which unfortunately can't always be afforded, for example at work. Honestly, that's why I don't wear them too often, more when I know I will be away from home for a shorter period.
Lipsticks in a single sale cost around £ 20.
They have beautiful, elegant gold packaging that absolutely doesn't look trashy and the company logo in the middle. However, for this price and the status of the brand I was expecting something better. Much more I can recommend a lot of cheaper lipsticks from Essence or Catrice that looks beautiful on the lips all day without corrections.
