Practically everyone knows the Colorstay foundation, but honestly this is where ends Revlon iconic products and is definitely not a brand that draw me in. Finally, after a few years they released something interesting that's why I invite you to check out today Candid foundation review, if you want to know also my opinion about the concealer from this line then a separate post will appear soon.

My Opinion

My skin is: Combination, Irritate,  Spider veins, Dry cheeks, Oily T zone


✅Doesn't emphasize the visibility of pores
✅Medium coverage that can be buildable 
✅Hygienic packaging with pump
✅Travel friendly
✅Comfortable on the skin, you can't feel it at all
✅Natural finish
✅Really dry skin will not even have to powder it
✅Has 31 shades
✅Despite of the thick, creamy consistency blends nicely into the skin and doesn't look that makeupy
✅Doesn't oxidize
✅A very versatile formula that can be used by any skin type
✅Doesn't separate during the day
✅Gives a pleasant feeling of hydration
✅If you wear glasses, it don't wipe off as much as other foundations from the nose wings 
✅Doesn't clog the pores
✅Long lasting - powdered by mattifying powder didn't shine even after 9 hours and only slightly wiped off 
✅Fixed by not mattifying powder sebum began to be noticed after about 4.5 hours but still was looked nice, what for my T zone is a great result


✅⛔Intense fragrance that stays on for a long time (similar to Skin 79 Super Bb Orange) is quite nice so for some of you it may be a plus but I don't like a very perfumed cosmetics
✅⛔Doesn't emphasize the texture of the skin, but also doesn't blurs it in any way

I have to admit that I am extremely surprised because I didn't expect it to be so good. The biggest advantage is durability, if your skin doesn't get oily that much during the day or you don't like using powder then Revlon Photoready Candid is able to looking great on your complexion for many hours, if you have oily skin also worth giving it a chance only first better use some mattifying powder or primer. Mega universal and solid option from drugstore. I will often reach for this foundation and seems to me that on this summer it will be my new must have.
