With Revolution skin care is a bit like with their makeup, if you find a favorite then tempting you to try new other products from their line. Some time ago I tested a tonic, mask and eye cream which became my absolute 2020 favorite, so this time I decided to try a face cream. Whether it turned out to be a hit or a bummer, you will find out later in the review.

I wondered for a long time which cream to choose from their range because they have a really impressive assortment. However, caught my eye the most Moisture Cream Protecting Boost with 30 Spf, which seemed to me the perfect option for everyday use. Especially since to be honest, sometimes I forget to use a separate SPF and it is such an important step of skin care. So I thought that in such moments such protection is better in the cream than none. 

Available in a version for Normal to Dry Skin or Normal to Oily Skin and costs £10 for 50ml. However, as I often say, Revolution and their related companies are easy to find on all kinds of promotions. I purchased Normal to Dry Skin. Has a light creamy formula that absorbs very quickly. It is not as rich and moisturizing to be used at night, is definitely suitable only for a day solo and under makeup, but the manufacturer himself also describes it as "apply am only".

Works nicely with all cosmetics, doesn't adversely affect, for example on the durability of the foundation, doesn't oxidize, doesn't roll off etc. Is fragrance-free and vegan, which is also a plus. The skin is moisturized, not overloaded, not sticky but unfortunately has huge defect. Namely, every time I use this cream, I get acne breakouts; /. I guess it is like that because of the content of Spf because nothing else comes me to mind. I have tried many times and each time the situation repeats, so I will used up as a body cream. It's a pity because the formula is nice and perfect for makeup. If you have a problematic, easily clogged complexion then I strongly advise against it. It is quite a nice day cream, but it is worth bearing in mind my reservations and experiences. The Nourishing Avocado Eye Cream is still my absolute hit from Revolution Skincare.
