Morphe & Jaclyn Hill Blink Boss Vault Palette Review
Autumn is comming so we are increasingly looking for pallets in wine and purple colour schame. Today I will tell you a little just about such a palette created in collaboration beetwen Morphe and Jaclyn Hill.
A few days ago a review of the Dark Magic palette from the Vault collection has appeared, and today I am reviewing the second color variant of Blink Boss for you. The palette contains 4 mats and 6 metallic shades. It costs the same as the others £15.
About packaging and other details, you will find information in the previous post.
Pigmentation
Shadows are really good pigmented, there is no one that would cause any problems.
Application
There are no problems with this palette, you can work with her quite quickly and pleasantly. Dark shades gently fallout but this is normal in such intense colors. It doesn't create any patches and blends well. Bling Bling it's better to apply on the primer for example Nyx Glitter because contains a lot of glitter particles which can be transferred to another place or they can fallout.
Lasting
Can stay without correction even 10h based on concealer, after this time slightly start to roll but not terribly
Usefulness
By the Blink Boss palette we are able to get daily luminous makeup as well as evening smoky. Color schame is of course an individual thing, but I personally like these shades and feel comfortable in them. It's advertised as a purple palette in the Vault collection but in fact contains only 2 such shades, that's why I would define it more as a cranberry. In the selection of shades I can also complain that Bling Bling, Glitz&Glam and Ballsy are very similar to each other and I would exchange one with them to matte intense violet which probably would attract more buyers.
My version
Swatches without a base!
I have to admit that I really like this palette and I love to use it. Shade Berry Treasuere is very unique and I have not met such in other palettes yet but some of the others most certainly you already have in your collection like Hush Hush or Mystic.
Definitely is worth to buy and try because you can create really interesting makeup and price is low.
Are you interested in Vault pallets?
I hope you spend a nice bank holiday and weekend😗
