Catrice Clean ID High Cover Luminous Matt Foundation Review & Swatches

Catrice Clean ID High Cover Luminous Matt Foundation
Catrice Clean ID High Cover Luminous Matt Foundation review

Catrice is one of those brands that are very interesting to me when it comes to foundation launches. Their recently released True Skin was on my wishlist, but I was hesitating whether it would be suitable for combination skin, so I waited until Clean ID High Cover Luminous Matt get to the stores. Was it a good choice, answer in todays post.

From Producer

This foundation with 98 percent natural ingredients ensures an all-round stress-free experience: The High Cover Luminous Matt Foundation from the Clean ID range offers light to medium buildable coverage, leaves behind a matt finish and gives the skin a soft, natural glow. The gluten-free and non-comedogenic formula is available in ten shades and is also ideal for sensitive skin.

My Opinion

My skin is: Combination, Irritate,  Spider veins, Dry cheeks, Oily T zone

With 98 percent natural ingredients
Doesn't clog pores
Looks nice applied by Juno sponge
Doesn't gather into pores or wrinkles
Easy and undemanding to apply
Doesn't emphasize the visibility of the hair or the texture of the skin
Gets along well with other cosmetics and they last long on this foundation
Blends nicely into the skin
While wearing the mask, it's wipe off from the nose a little, but not from other parts of your face
Nice looking and hygienic packaging
Even after a whole day it doesn't separated or crack
Price £6.95
Looks natural and healthy
Nice floral scent
Also suitable for sensitive skin

Natural coverage that is impossible to be build

Completely not mattifying at all, you can immediately see a glowy finish
⛔Definitely requires using powder
Only available in 3 shades
It's hard to get in many countries
Even mattifying primer or niacinamide doesn't help with the glowy / sweaty looking T zone
Clinging to dry patches

Summary : 4.3  /  6

When it comes to this foundation, I am liked it, but definitely with a combination skin as mine will perform better in the autumn and winter season. Now it shines too much, especially in the T-zone for my taste. Durability and the effect on the skin is nice and it's also nice that the formula is more natural. There is definitely a lack of such skin-friendly foundations among drugstores. I saw that Catrice launched an entire line of Id Clean containing a lot of interesting cosmetics such as concealer, bb cream, primer, highlighter and many others, so I'm keen to test something else.

Have you already seen the new Catrice Clean ID line in stores?
Do you like Catrice foundations?
Do you wanted to have a more natural makeup cosmetics options in drugstores or are you don't care?

  10. Raczej nie dla mnie, bo całkowicie nie matuje, a na mojej skórze lubą pojawiać się niedoskonałości ;/
