*What You Always Need To Have In Your Handbag

What You Always Need To Have In Your Handbag

What should go into a handbag? As simple as that question is, you’d be surprised at the various answers you could get. Many of these you mightn’t actually agree with. Some handbag essentials might be obvious, such as your phone and keys. Beyond that is where some of the disagreements could lay. That could lead to a certain amount of confusion about what you should have in your handbag. While some things may be debatable, there are a few items that every woman should want to keep with them.

Top Handbag Essentials Every Woman Should Have

Moisturizer
One of the first handbag essentials you might think of is your makeup. While that could be recommended, you might overlook your moisturizer. This should be kept in your bag throughout the year. There are a few notable reasons for this. One of the most notable is that your face, hands, and neck will be exposed to the elements almost constantly. That can cause your skin to dry out, which could cause visible dry patches. You’ll likely want to avoid this. There are multiple travel-friendly moisturizers you can choose from. That’ll make sure that they’re small and don’t take up too much space in your handbag. With the benefits that a moisturizer can offer, there’s no excuse not to have some.

Spare Pad

When it comes to your time of the month, you wouldn’t want to be caught unprepared. While you’ll already have cotton pads at home, it could be worth having a few spares in your handbag. With how compact most of these are, you shouldn’t have to worry about them sticking out. These are also one of the more common handbag essentials, so you can rest assured that quite a few other women will have them in their bags, too.

Medication & Plasters
When it comes to a handbag, most people think of the more materialistic things. Makeup, a phone, keys, and a few others will be what comes to mind. You might often forget about medication. With how vital it can be for you, it’s something you shouldn’t overlook. If you don’t need medication, then you can obviously go without. If you do suffer from anything, however, you’ll need to keep your medicine close at hand. What could be closer than your handbag? If you don’t want to carry a full bottle of medication with you, then you could consider a planner or something smaller. These can be easier to bring with you while also keeping your meds organized.

Wrapping Up

Knowing what you should keep in your handbag can be tricky. After all, you'll need to be prepared for what a day can bring. Having a few specific handbag essentials should keep you covered. It'll also make sure that you don't have to carry around a lot of things. After all, you wouldn't want your handbag to be heavy. If you're a fan of smaller handbags, then you'll be able to use these much more without filling them to the brim. What more could you want?

  3. I think these are essential items to have in your bag for sure! I always have my wallet, phone, keys and hand sanitiser and I have some band aids in my wallet as my boys are always needing a band aid when we are out if they hurt themselves!

Hope your week is going well and you have a nice weekend ahead of you :)
